IAEWS conference attendees have the opportunity to choose from 5 unique Dine Around experiences, all located in Mandalay Bay or Mandalay Place. Please book by October 13th and note that space is limited and last year we sold out of almost all of the venues prior to the conference. The menus below are all-inclusive of tax, gratuity and any service fee from the restaurant. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on location and check in information. No additional money is due at the restaurant unless guests order additional food or drinks that are not included in the menus below and will be responsible for paying the restaurant directly that evening for any additional charges. A conference concierge will escort dine around guests attending the conference mixer prior to the dine around to the restaurant location or guests can just meet at the venue at the reservation time. Booking through the conference's dine around site guarantees your reservation, provides 20-40% off of the retail prices, eliminates split checks at dinner and best of all is great for networking and meeting new people or catching up with old colleagues and friends. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the event or a 100% service fee will be charged to account.
